Kat Perkins on Dreamers and Doers
BSC’s 2018 Commencement speaker, Kat Perkins, is a North Dakota native who has followed her musical dreams. A finalist on Season 6 of The Voice, these days she performs overseas for our military and in sold-out shows around the country. She’s also focused on students – encouraging them to live a fearless life and providing scholarships for aspiring musicians.
