Commencement Ceremony

Arrival, Parking, and Seating

• Doors open to guests at 1 p.m.
• No tickets or guest passes are required to attend the ceremony. All guests are welcome.
• to the 黑料网 Event Center.
• Parking is free in all lots with the exception of a $5 fee for Parking Lot B.
• Guests should enter through the Event Center main entrance on the southwest side.  Parking/Entrance Map
• Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Ceremony will run approximately 1 1/2 hours.
• Concessions will be available.

Photography

• Photos may be taken from your seats. Guests will not be permitted on the arena floor until after the ceremony.
• After the ceremony, guests may join their graduate on the arena floor and use our special photo area to capture photos with their graduate. 
• Lifetouch will be taking professional photographs of the graduates during the ceremony.

Special Assistance

• Handicapped accessible parking is available in Lots B and D.  Parking/Entrance Map
• Elevators are available to assist guests in getting to the seating level.
• Limited mobility space for guests is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Due to space restrictions, we can accommodate one additional family member from your group to be seated with the individual needing access.
• Attendants will be available at the main entrance.
