Bavendick Stateroom
This spacious room overlooks the Missouri River and has seating for 416 Round tables or 714 theatre style. It is perfect for Main stage speakers, banquets, and many other events! The room is equipped with projector screens, on-stage and portable microphones, surround-sound speakers and a camera set-up that allows you to live stream or record your event!
EPIC Conference Room

Seating for 32 around the board tables with eight additional chairs and four tables to the side. Perfect for larger meetings and conference calls. Large projector synced to four screens in the middle of the tables to allow all participants to follow along on screen. Microphones in the room allow every chair to speak and listen in with live calls.

Our most versatile rooms with seating for 16-40 depending on seating layout. (12-18 U shape, 18-24 Classroom, 16-22 Square/Rectangle, 20 Pods and 40 Theatre style.) 431/433 & 436/443 also have the option of combining spaces with a sliding wall in between them. In this format both rooms have dual projectors and expanded seating capacity!
